Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

• Custom or special orders cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Used or installed products are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Products improperly handled, damaged, or tampered with after delivery are not accepted.

Eligibility for Returns/Exchange

•Products must be unused, in original packaging, and with invoice.and should be return within 10 days
•Items must be checked at the time of delivery. Late complaints will not be entertained.

Damaged or Defective Products

• If a product is damaged or defective at the time of delivery, report it immediately (within 24 hours).
•Our team will inspect and arrange a replacement or solution as per store policy.

Hygiene & Safety Compliance

•Sanitaryware items cannot be returned once opened or exposed due to hygiene reasons.
•This ensures safety and prevents cross-contamination.

Additional Notes

•Exchanges or returns require original packaging and bill.
•Clearance, discontinued, or stock-limited items may not be eligible for return/exchange.
•Management reserves the right to make the final decision on all returns and refunds.
