💳 Credit Limit
• Credit will be limited to 10% of the total bill amount
• Maximum credit allowed: ₹10,000 only.
🧾 Billing-Based Credit Control
• Credit is allowed only on selected items (not all products)
• This ensures fair pricing and avoids loss on low-margin items
🚫 Tiles Payment Policy
• Zero credit on tiles
• 100% advance payment is mandatory for all tile purchases
👥 Eligibility Criteria
Credit facility is available only for:
• Existing customers & builders
• Customers with a minimum of 5 previous billings
• Must have no outstanding dues
• Should maintain clear and respectful business behaviour
📅 Payment Terms
• A post-dated cheque (PDC) must be issued
• Cheque date should be within 10 days from billing
Important Conditions
• Credit is not a right, but a privilege
• Management reserves the right to approve or deny credit at its discretion
• Any delay or dishonour of cheque may result in immediate cancellation of credit facility
